It is not permitted to send the following items and goods via SmartPOST service:

1. Perishable goods;
2. Radioactive, explosive, corrosive, poisonous, flammable and sensitive to cold substances;
3. Containers filled with liquid, which are not leak proof, items packed in a shatter-proof container;
4. Cash, coins, securities, obligations, precious metals and precious stones;
5. Animals, birds and fish;
6. Sharp objects without appropriate package;
7. Narcotic or psychotropic substances;
8. Ammunition and weapons;

SmartPOST is not liable for parcels with the restricted content. SmartPOST has the right to remove parcels with the restricted content and to destroy parcels that are dangerous to health or property of SmartPOST employees or the third parties, to the environment and to other parcels. Sender of such a parcel is liable to cover all expenses and damages that are incurred due to the parcel with restricted content.
