There cannot possibly be anything better than a parcel terminal – what a time saving! I do not have to queue in a post office and look at those grumpy faces of the post officials. Thank you for that! I received my parcel in Viljandi Männimäe Selver alright. Everything went smooth. It was my first try. The screen was very easy to read, with big digits and a legible text.
I will certainly visit your web page in the future. Last time I watched the parcel delivery video clip to learn how it goes. It gave me confidence and the basic knowledge how to handle the terminal and what to look for in the first place. It is amazingly easy to receive goods with SmartPost: no queues and no identity check with my ID card.

It is great to send a parcel via your system:
1) I have received the parcel faster than via Eesti Post,
2) I can select the location most suitable for me (Haabersti Rimi),
3) I can collect the parcel whenever it suits my schedule,
4) It is really easy to collect the parcel (no need to fill in any papers),
5) Thus so far I have not had to queue.
What else could one wish? I have received 3 parcels through your system already. The last time I was together with a 9 year old kid who surprisingly commented it to me: is it that simple? Yes, I said. I had told him before about it but it was still a surprise how simple the whole procedure was.

The system worked perfectly. I should only mention that in the beginning I did not understand that the communication goes via the touch-screen... I was looking for a keypad somewhere under the screen. People of the older generation won’t necessarily understand it that fast… there should be a note or something about it!
Even the time tolerance is so much in your favor: one does not have to look at the watch all the time and rush to a post office at about 5 to 6 o’clock p.m. Also, there’s no need to wait for a courier at some particular address.
I will certainly use your services for similar shipments. Anyway, the system was very much alright. I wish you all the best for this great system you have invented here in Estonia. I see a great future for your system!

A really cool system :). As we actually live outside of town, and my husbands works in the town, I persuaded my husband to go and collect the parcel :). As it was something new and interesting, my husband did not complain about him being pushed to go to fetch my jewelry. Actually, he later told me that he would gladly pick the boxes up if I happened to place new orders :D.
So, whenever possible I will always order the goods via smart post.

And there’re no elderly Eesti Post employee who easily gets annoyed if the form is not filled as required, etc. Reception times are remarkably better than they are at the post office. It was amazingly easy to collect a parcel from the terminal, and it took much less time than I would have guessed! The text message to my mobile phone was understandable, and as I had already paid for the parcel it all went really fast. I will surely use your parcel terminal in the future!

When I used the terminal for the first time, actually, before I even approached the parcel terminal, I was slightly panicking, for I wasn’t sure in which locker my parcel was hidden. I tried to get some advice from an Eesti Post employee who was standing nearby though with no luck. At the parcel terminal I found out that everything was so simple and all the necessary information and guidance were displayed on the screen. A very handy way to receive the parcels.

I got my parcel in the Port Artur parcel house today. For this was the first time for me to use your postal service, I was a bit unsure initially. There were no guidance visible. Finally I understood that first you needed to select the language and so on. Anyway, it is a really great service, that will certainly attract a lot of users. There’s no need to queue in a post office.

I can only say good words as a feedback to you after having received my parcel!! I have had no earlier contact with Smartpost and I did not have a slightest idea how this parcel-thing works. Actually, it is the simpliest thing – instructions on the screen tell you everything you need to do next, the locker door opens and there’s your parcel. And you do not need to go to a post office, instead, you can collect your parcel right in the grocery store, which I visit every day anyway. What a pleasure!:))

Really, I was really satisfied with Smartpost. Firstly, it is a great way to keep a lid on transport costs, and you can also go to collect the parcels wherever it suits you best. Of course, it would be excellent if the bulkier parcels could be delivered via smartpost, as well. :)

Helo! I tried to send a parcel using smartpost service for the first time. I liked it. The terminal is located at my “home shop” where I regularly go shopping anyway. The display on the terminal was simple and easy to read. The whole procedure to collect my parcel took max. half a minute. For comparison: to collect my postal parcel I need to go (during my working hours) to the local post office, fill in some papers, possibly queue... From now on, I will definitely use the smartpost services.
