SmartPOST – the most modern, convenient and cost efficient way to send and receive parcels.
  • SmartPOST parcel terminal is a “self-serving post office”.
  • Parcel terminals are located at shopping centers, that have good access, parking areas, and are opened till late in the evening.
  • If you sell your goods through the Internet or mail ordering service, you can use the parcel terminals to deliver the goods your clients. It is cheaper, more convenient and of better quality than regular post office.
  • With SmartPOST service, you will be able to send parcels to your friends and business partners. It is cheaper and handier than sending via courier service, post or bus-lines.
Sending parcels is simple:
  • In case you send parcels relatively rarely, please follow as indicated here.
  • If you send the parcel rather frequently, you will find very handy to use our e-service. Please enter here, register, and you will be immediately able to use all our business client privileges, which are:
    • You can send together several parcels
    • You can pay against an invoice (once per month)
    • You can use E-service to monitor your parcel’s location
    • You can use pay-on-delivery service i.e. to determine a payment on delivery, where the parcel will be delivered to the client unless s/he pays for it
    • You can use return service i.e. receiver of the parcel can return the parcel in 14 days to the parcel terminal with the same locker code.
  • It is simpler, more convenient, cheaper and efficient to send parcels using SmartPOST than sending via a courier, post service or a public bus
